TO: FSHL / FLORIDA JUNIOR PANTHERS TRAVEL HOCKEY CLUB / THE PINNACLE HOCKEY GROUP / GLACIER SHARP SHOOTERS COACHES, TEAM MANAGERS, PLAYERS, & PARENTS

We would like to reassure all players who play both travel hockey and high school hockey, as well as their parents, coaches, and team managers, that both the travel hockey and the high school hockey programs are in full support of each other, and we all are committed to the success of both high school hockey and travel hockey in South Florida.

Therefore, please know that there is a zero tolerance policy regarding any coach, team manager, or other team official from travel or high school who intimidates or pressures a player or parent to choose one program over the other.

In all instances the following shall be the rule:
1 - A scheduled game form either program takes precedence over a scheduled practice or scrimmage for the other.
2 - A playoff game from either program takes precedence over a regular season game for the other
3 - Missing a practice or scrimmage from one program to play in a league game for the other, or playing in a playoff game for one, as opposed to a regular season game for the other, will never result in any punitive action against that player. This includes, but is not limited to, dismissal from the team, diminished ice time, being berated or subjected to verbal abuse.

Should any player or parent be told, or even perceive that the player has been told, that he/she will suffer any sort of consequences should that player choose to play a game for the other team, we encourage those players or parents to directly contact any of the individuals listed below. Any team official found guilty of such behavior will be subject to discipline by his/her organization.

My name is Bobby Davis and I am a professional player/coach in Europe. I am emailing you inquiring about any potential coaching positions for the 2011/12 season.
I am a college graduate(Northeastern University 2000). I have 4 years division 1 hockey experience, along with 7 years pro in Europe and 2 years minor pro in the States. I am also a head instructor for Turcotte Stickhandling hockey school.
